Role & responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
- Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Teams and face-to-face.
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
- Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
- Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
- Maintaining employee records and processing payroll in a HRM system.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
- Should be well versed with organization etiquette.
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in End to End Recruitment.
- Experience of working on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Should possess scientific aptitude to work on multiple requirements.
- Should have hands on experience on IT/Non IT profiles.
